Hey, guys! Sean here. Like many of you, I'm driven professional who's always looking for different avenues to connect, provide, and improve every single day. In 2019, my relentless hard work and determination resulted in my greatest career achievement in the tech industry to date - a Mid-Market Account Executive role.

Naturally, with all great accomplishments in the fast-paced world of startups, you'll likely experience massive bumps along the way. Stress, anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, 6:00 AM cold showers to shock the body, and 7:00 AM sales calls during my Uber commutes. Sound familiar? I observed many of these very same emotions and tribulations in my friends and co-workers, many of whom were experiencing health concerns and burnout due to excessive working conditions. These were struggles that, under normal circumstances, would have broken me.
​
Except, I made a commitment to myself. I took my fairly consistent meditation routine and continued to build on it. I started to incorporate breathwork training, better movement and dietary habits, and even reestablished a connection with the natural world. All coming together to form a method that would later become my purpose. Slowly but surely I started reaping the incredible benefits of my consistent efforts to improve my habits, and it drastically improved my performance in the workplace and helped me establish clear mental boundaries between work and personal life.
Fast forward to 2022, INHABIT has provided wellness services to thousands of professionals across the country at some of the highest performing organizations in their industry.
Of course, our mission is to spread The INHABIT Method to professionals across the globe, but our hearts will always be in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the city that kickstarted our careers and home to the people who empowered us to provide for others.
